The pouch enables the first responder to put out the first aid supplies in 3 seconds. In an emergency, this IFAK trauma kit is time-saving and life-saving. Durable MOLLE straps with snaps allow attaching the EMT pouch to any MOLLE-compatible gear. Tourniquet, Israeli compress bandage, and compressed gauze are effective in controlling massive bleeding in first aid. The vented chest seal is applied for immediate treatment of penetrating injuries to the chest, preventing lung collapse. NPA (nasopharyngeal airway) with lubricants can be inserted through the nasal passage down into the posterior pharynx to secure an open airway for the casualty.
