A+ medical-grade, hypoallergenic soft silicone acts as a wound contact layer, which effectively reduces infection and redness. Fit closely with a thicker foam pad, it cushions pressure and avoids daily friction.
Semi-permeable PU film acts as a liquid barrier. The inner layer locks the exudate absorbed within the dressing, while the outer layer remains waterproof but permits air circulation, thereby helping the wound to heal faster.
The SAF layer locks in a large amount of exudate, reducing maceration and ensuring the service life of each dressing, thereby reducing the need for frequent changes. The border has sufficient stickiness to adhere to dry skin without slipping or shifting.
